Honey (to taste)

5 cups water

How to make Ginseng Tea:

There are two methods of Ginseng Tea:Weight loss|How to make ginseng tea with a tea ball and without a tea ball. 

With a Tea Ball

1. Gather the all ingredients.

2. Save the pieces of fresh ginseng root separately and put them into​ the tea ball.

3.Steeping a tea bag in very hot (but not boiling) water only for 5 minutes.

4. Add honey, brown sugar, date syrup etc according to your taste.

5.Then serve and enjoy!

Without a Tea Ball

1.Gather the all ingredients.

2.Peeling the fresh ginseng root and making 8 thin slices.

3.If you want, Coat the ginseng with a generous amount of honey or any sweet syrup and let sit or rest for 15 minutes.

4.Pour very hot (but not boiling) water over the ginseng and honey and let steep for 5 to 10 minutes.

5.Scoop or strain out the ginseng slices.

6.Serve and enjoy!
