1. Gather the all ingredients.
2. Save the pieces of fresh ginseng root separately and put them into the tea ball.
3.Steeping a tea bag in very hot (but not boiling) water only for 5 minutes.

Without a Tea Ball
1.Gather the all ingredients.
2.Peeling the fresh ginseng root and making 8 thin slices.

4.Pour very hot (but not boiling) water over the ginseng and honey and let steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
