INGREDIENTS OF GRILL CHEESE SANDWICH
BREAD- 9 SLICES
BUTTER- 3 TBSP+ GREASING
GREEN CHUTNEY- 2 TBSP
POTATOES- 3(BOILED AND GRATED
ONION- 2(THIN SLICES)
TOMATO- 3 (THIN SLICES)
CAPSICUM- 1 (THIN SLICED)
CABBAGE – HALF GRATED
SANDWICH MASALA/CHAAT MASALA – AS REQUIRED
BUTTER- 4 TBSP
METHOD HOW TO MAKE GRILL CHEESE SANDWICH:
1.Apply 1 tbsp of butter on bread 1 side and make batter of potatoes, take 3 grated boiled potatoes and add salt 1/2 small spoon in it. Then add 1/2 tsp of green chutney in potato batter and mix well.
2.Take slice of bread and apply potato batter on one slice of bread and place cheese slice on the batter.
3.After this take one slice of onion and cucumber and sprinkle chat masala or sandwich masala and then spread potato evenly and sprinkle masala again and then arrange onion slice and sprinkle masala.
4.Place another slice of bread on previous one and take capsicum slice and tomato slice over it before this apply green chutney potato batter. Sprinkle masala on it and also place slice of cheese on it.
5.Take another slice of bread grease with butter and place on second layer of grill sandwich by the face of butter.
6.Now grill it until bread slice color change into red.
7.Serve with chutney and tomato sauce.
