Lasagna is also a healthy recipe because you include in this anything such as all healthy veggies, rest vegetables, meat etc. Actually this is the way eat your children easily without any inconvenience.

Note: You also used broccoli, spinach, tomatoes etc.    

Follow the steps carefully with pics:

  1. Firstly chopped veggies garlic, carrot and capsicum finely. Then take a pan add 1 tbsp oil and add garlic. After fried garlic then add carrot, capsicum and corn in the pan.

7.. Take an another pan firstly add 2 tbsp butter and melt it then add 4 tbsp maida and continuously stir it on medium flame.

8. Then add 1 cup milk mix properly n remove all lumps in it. After this add 1/2 tbsp oregano stir it. Your white sauce is ready transfer into bowl and set aside.

9. Take a bread slice and removed brown sides and made sheets with the help of roll pin and set aside.

10. In baking tray or cake mold spread one by one sheets as shown in pic then spread tomato sauce and cover the tray from all side.

11. After this spread red sauce on it then spread veggie stuff overall the tray. and sprinkle mozzarella cheese in more quantity. You want spicy lasagna so you sprinkle chili flakes in this step also.

If you have oven Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Bake your lasagna tray in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil, and bake an additional 25 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.

  • Salt as Required

  • 2- 3 tbsp Tomato Sauce

  • Oregano

  • Chili Flakes

  • Maida or Plain Flour

  • Bread Slices or Sheet

  • Cheese (Mozzarella)

  • Water as required

  • Directions for preparing Veggies:
  • Take a pan Place on medium flam then add 1 tbsp oil or butter in it.
  • Then add 2 tbsp chopped garlic, stir it. After this add sweet corn, 2 chopped capsicum, 1 carrot and add 1 tbsp salt in it. Continuously stir the veggies and cooked them properly and set aside.
  • Preparation for Tomato puree:
  • Take a Pane add some water in it for boiling tomato and after boiling tomatoes. Then Remove the first or top eye skin of tomatoes and set aside for cool down.
  • Transfer the tomatoes in blender jar and make juice or puree and set aside. After this take a before used pan add butter and garlic fried lightly then add 3 to 4 large onions and tomato puree in it, stir continuously.
  • Add salt, red chili powder and tomato sauce in it then stir and cooked it for 4-5 minutes.

  • Take a different pan add 2-3 tbsp butter after melting the butter in a pan then added 2 tbsp maida, continuously stir but make sure maida doesn’t change the color i.e. brown because white sauce is purely white.
  • After this add 2 cup milk and stir with whisker continuously, be sure there is no lump in the white sauce because of white sauce is too creamy.
  • After making white sauce set aside the white sauce when you transfer the white sauce into bowl and cool down.
  • Preparation of lasagna sheet with bread slices
  • Take a one by one bread slice with the help of roll pin roll the bred and made a thin sheet of the bread. So make these type of 6 sheet be ready and set aside.
  • You also add oregano and chili flakes in the white sauce and mix well.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Now we are Ready to Make our lasagna
  • Cover the baking tray with foil: to prevent sticking, either spray foil with cooking spray, or make sure the foil does not touch the cheese.
  • Take a baking tray or deep tray, place 4 bread sheets in sequence then spread tomato puree on it and covered all the sheets with puree.
  • After this place the veggies mixture on it and covered all the area. On the veggies spread white sauce properly or covered full area.
  • Then spread cheese and covered all the area, also sprinkle oregano and chili flakes.
  • Now ready for second layer, place a 4 bread slices with sequence then spread properly tomato puree and covered all the area. After this spread veggies same covered properly.

  • Now your lasagna be ready. Served hot-hot lasagna with your family.
