Falooda is an Indian street dessert there are lots of flavor or way to make falooda yummy. Traditionally falooda is made by mixing rose, mango, pistachio syrup etc.(its depends on your taste), falooda sev and milk etc. Now we are learn in this post how to make falooda rose and mango flavor.
But in this post we learn only two flavors but i tried to post more flavor on my next post even i post trifle flavor falooda and in this special is that falooda with ice cream. Lets start recipe of how to make falooda rose and mango flavor.

Follow the steps how to make falooda rose and mango flavor:
HOW TO MAKE FALOODA(ROSE ROYAL):
1.Take a sauce pan and add 1 tbsp Falooda seeds then add ½ cup water into pan for 20–30 minutes. When soak Falooda seeds in 30 minutes. Cool and refrigerate it.
2. After this take another pan and boiled Falooda sev on medium flame for 20-30 minutes. Then chill on room temperature and keep on refrigerator until use.
3.Bring 2 cup milk to boil and simmer till it reduces to 1 ½ cups. Then turn off flame and bring to room temperature and chill it. After this keep it on refrigerator for until use.
4.Chill the serving glass into refrigerator for half an hour.
5.Take chilled serving glass add 2 tbsp rose syrup. Then add chilled milk into glass and stir it until the milk color change into light pink.
6.After this add Falooda sev in serving glass then stir it.
7.Add strawberry jelly into glass then add Falooda seeds jelly and gently stir it.
8.Take a 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream calmly place on jelly.
9.Garnished with cashew nuts and cherry and finally drizzle with some rose syrups. Serve immediately to avoid the ice cream from melting and over flowing.
HOW TO MAKE FALOODA(MANGO MANIA):

INGREDIENTS
Falooda seeds – 1 tbsp
Falooda sev – 1/ 2 cup
Strawberry jelly – 3 pieces
Rose syrup – as required
Milk – 2 cup
Vanilla ice cream – 4 scoops
Garnishing
Cherries – 3 tbsp
Almonds – 1 tbsp (chopped)
Cashew – 1 tbsp (chopped)
HOW TO MAKE MANGO MANIA FALOODA:
1.Take a sauce pan and add 1 tbsp Falooda seeds then add ½ cup water into pan for 20–30 minutes. When soak Falooda seeds in 30 minutes. Cool and refrigerate it.

9.Garnished with cashew nuts or almonds and cherry and finally drizzle with some mango syrup or mango puree. Serve immediately to avoid the ice cream from melting and over flowing.
