INGREDIENTS FOR KADAHI PANEER

PANEER – 100 G

CHAT MASALA – HALF SPOON

CHOPPED PANEER IN SMALL PIECES

TOMATO – 3 TO 4

ONION – 2

GINGER – HALF

GREEN CHILLI – 1

KASTURI METHI – 1 TBSP

CAPSICUM – 1

RED CHILLI POWDER –   ¼ TBSP

TURMERIC POWDER –  ¼ TBSP

CURD – 1 TBSP

CREAM – 1 TBSP

CASHEW – 8 TO 10

GARM MASALA – 1/4 TBSP

KADAHI PANEER MASALA – 1 TBSP

CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER –  2 TBSP

SALT TO TASTE

FOR DECORATION

HOW TO MAKE THIS FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

1.FINELY CHOPPED THE ONION , TOMATO, GINGER AND CAPSICUM THEN STORED IN DIFFERENT CONTAINER OR BOWL.

2.FOR ROASTING MASALA, TOOK A DIFFERENT DRIED KADAHI ROAST THE CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER AND RED CHILLI POWDER AND STIR CONTINUE FOR 2-3 MINUTES AND SET ASIDE.

3.AFTER THIS ADD 2 TBSP OIL IN KADAHI, FRIED THE ONION ,GINGER AND CAPSICUM IN KADAHI UNTIL WHEN ONION COLOUR TURN INTO LIGHT PINK.

4.WHEN BOTH WERE FRIED, ADD A GRIND OR CHOPPED(IN SMALL PECIES) TOMATO THEN MIX WELL .

5.AFTER THIS ADD MASALAS THAT IS MAKING IN STEP 2 AND ADD TURMERIC POWDER (1/4 TBSP), SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE, KADAHI PANNER MASALA AND KASURI METHI.

6.THEN ADD A CURD AND CREAM (2 TBSP). AFTER THIS ADD A CASHEW PASTE.

7.CUT THE PANEER INTO SMALL PIECES THEN AFTER THIS CUT THE MARK AND FILL THE CHAT MASALA AND PUDINA POWDER INTO THE PANNER PIECES.

8.AFTER FILLING IT ADD PANEER PIECES INTO GRAVY AND SPRINKLE GRAM MASALA then mix well.

9.COVERED THE KADAHI FOR 5 MINUTES ON MEDIUM FLAME.

10.NOW YOUR DISH BE READY, YOU SERVED WITH GARNISHING CREAM ON IT AND SPRINKLE CORIANDER LEAVE ON KADAHI PANEER.
