Even all ingredients will also easily available at home.You can even prepare it for occasions like kitty parties, game nights,in any festivals(Diwali, Holi etc).
FOR MAKING A DOUGH:
MAIDA – 250 g
REFINED OIL – 3 TBSP
SALT – ½ TBSP
FOR MAKING A FILLING:
GRAM FLOUR – 100 G
RED CHILLI – ¼ TBSP
TURMERIC POWDER – ¼ TBSP
CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER – ½ TBSP
ASAFOETIDA POWDER – ¼ TBSP
FENNEL POWDER – ¼ TBSP
OIL – 2 TBSP
CUMIN POWDER – ¼ TBSP
FENNEL POWDER – ¼ TBSP
AJAWAIN – ¼ TBSP
CAROM POWDER – ¼ TBSP
BLACK CUMIN – ¼ TBSP
MOONG DAAL – ½ CUP
BROWN CHANA/ WHITE MATRA – 1 BOWL
BOILED CHOPPED POTATO – 3 TO 4 POTATO
RED CHILLI ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE

HOW TO MAKE THIS WONDERFUL RAJ KACHORI FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
1.Take a large bowl, add maida, ghee with using a little water knead the mixture to a thick, and make a dough once one, cover with cotton cloth and keep aside for preparing the kachori.
2.FOR MAKING A FILLING: Next, put a frying pan over medium flame and heat a little ghee in it. Once the ghee is melted, add the soaked moong dal in it and stir fry for a minute. Once fried a bit, turn off the flame and grind into a jar.
3.When the daal is cool enough to handle, grind to a coarse mixture. Then, add all the filling ingredients into the grinding jar and grind them.
4.Now, take out a small portion of dough that is preparing in 1st step, roll into a puri. Stuffed the filling in dough like as stuffed pratha then roll the puri again.
5. Put a kadahai on high flame and heat the refined in it. once oil is hot enough, drop a puri into the kadahai and fry until the puri is crisp and golden.
6.Once puri will be fried, put it on napkin to soaked the extra oil then make a hole in centre of the puri.
8.After this, fill the kachori with the mixture and garnish with curd, green chutney sweet tamarind chutney, chaat masala powder coriander leaves, crushed papdi, salt and cumin powder. Make the final garnishing with sprinkling pomegranate and bhujiya.
