SPRING ROLL|How To Make Veg Pocket Recipe

Vegetable spring roll is an indo- chinese dish. For basically making spring roll need maida, mix veggies such as cabbage , carrot, capsicum, onion etc.spring roll are most demanding chinese food in india. even you also tried to make this at your home in lockdown.

For making this yummy veg spring roll follow the steps :

INGRIDIENTS

For veg spring roll
Maida (flour) – 1 bowl
Refined oil – 1 cup or as required
Salt – ¼spoon
Water as required
For filling:
Cabbage – 3 cups
Carrot – ½ cup
Onion – 2
Capsicum – 1 cup
Olive oil – 1 to 2 tbsp
Soya sauce – 1 to 2 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 spoon
Noodles – 1 cup
Red chili – 1
Aamchur powder – 1 ½ tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 ½ tbsp
Garm masala – 1 ½ tbsp
Roasted Jeera powder – 1 spoon
Salt to taste     

How to make veg spring roll:

Preparation for veg spring roll:

1.Take a sauce pan and add 1 tbsp olive oil then add onion for fry until onion change color into light golden.

2.Add al veggies (cabbage, carrot and capsicum) into pan.

3.Fry all veggies on a high flame until they look crunchy

4.Add soya sauce and vinegar into pan gently. Mix well.  

5.Add all species (red chili, gram masala, Aamchur powder, salt, coriander powder.) then mix well

For adding noodles:

1.If you want to add noodles then you add.(optional)

2For boiling the noodles to add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp salt into it.After boiling the noodles then to wash the noodles and drain completely.

3.Add them to the stir fried veggies and fry for a minute.

4.Pour 1 tbsp soya sauce into noodles and sprinkle salt onto noodles pan.

5.Cool this completely and keep aside.

Preparation for spring roll wrap:

1.Take a bowl add maida, salt, gently add refind oil then make dough for wrapped of veg spring roll. keep aside bowl and cover with cotton cloth.

After preparing dough, take a small part of dough then with the help of roll pin spread it.

3.Take a large spoonful stuffing spread on veg spring roll wrapper.

4.Roll one edge towards the inner side covering the stuffing.

5.Keep them covered all veg spring roll with cloth otherwise they will dry up.

6.Heat oil into a pan on medium flame to check drop a small piece of wrapper to see.

7.If the oil is hot enough slowly slowly add the veg spring roll into pan and fried until they change into golden remove them on napkin or tissue.

8.Serve vegetable spring rolls hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
